Whats the best computer I can make for 1k. It needs to have like everything. an Os, monitor, mouse, keyboard. Everything like a premade. The only thing i don't need are speakers.

Yeah could I have a few more options. The keyboard and mouse aren't that big of a problem but the monitor is. I could probably go to like 1200-1300$ with a monitor.

hmm what about an os? And i have another 200$ to spend. What would you upgrade. Edit: and if i'm going to buy a case with led lights I would prefer them be blue and a case with a built in power supply and fan would also be nice. Edit: Forget the power supply built in. But i would like a better power supply then that.
