well first id start by erasing the effects off his head, there is too much random brushing too. kinda makes it look like there are five different light sources. Then i would work on your text and have it stand out more. Could start by making it bigger. and also i would try and give it some flow. right now everything is just randomly all over the place. anyway, take my opinions how you like, i recommend you mess around with photoshops different abilities though.
I like everything but the image in the middle. Text is kinda blurry... If you were going to make it that small try a different anti-aliasing to make it a little cleaner and sharper. There are also parts that look too sharpened, for example: in the top left corner there is a line of white that looks too out of place and too sharp.
