you have to wait until it is verified before bein able to use it...they tell u 2-3 workin days and u must have a credit card or bank acct # in there

When you sign up it askes to sign up with a debit card or a credit card, you choose whitch one you want, then paypal will make 2 transactions through that account number a withdraw and a depost its like 5 or 6 cents or somthing when they did it to me. Once that ahs completed you will be varified.
