Well I have been using my family shared pc for my whole life and I decided to save up for my own (im 14, almost 15).

I am going to sell my gamecube and a lot of crap on ebay.

I was just wondering whats a cheap, but decent pc I could get.

My price range would be between well

    $1-$300ish,mabye $400

    Laptop or Desktop.

On the pc I just want the basic functions of Netscape to browse ther internet, and i want the pc to be able to handle photoshop.

    Thats all.

If there is a pc you guys can recomend or mabye find one on ebay it would be greatly appreciated

The only way that would work out is if you get a custom made, where you choose your parts. So, I recomment you find the nearest computer store around you, a decent one will cost the high end of your budget. Or you can search Ebay for a comp or a labtop. You see some for 99 cents because they are trying to entise you to buy, so don't worry :)

Yea, if you're not going to build your own comp and buy a premade go with dell. Alot of people say they're bad... But honestly, if you're buying a premade computer I think that they're the best. I have one that I bought 2 years ago, I didnt have to upgrade it.. Just got some more ram and I can run HL2/CSS Source on everything medium with no probs. And I can run GW all high no aa perfectly. After I get a new video card it'll be tons better.
