Hey, my friend is having a problem with his internet, you see, when he turns on his internet, he's able to connect to the internet, and he can use programs such as Bittorrent, but for some reason, browsers (like Firefox) don't work, Internet Explorer doesn't work, FF doesn't work, even Opera doesn't work, with Opera, it says that there's a problem with his proxy settings, how can I help him fix it?

The only thing that I can think of is that there is something wrong with the port the browser is using. If its not that, then Im guessing virus

we need to know his proxy settings before we can help. there should be settings in IE, FF, and O that allow you to put your proxy settings in...
