    i try and open americas army the game and well this comes up and i dunno how to disable it like it says, coz i dunno what its goingon about,
    so can anyone help me out?

    got to start>run and type dxdiag, and this is what you should see.

    thanks for the help, but one thing is, it says all 3 of them are not available and i cant disable them...

    i cant enable it... it says them 3 things there including 3d think is not available, is this directx 9 coz i got it with the download?

    i wonder. ty for help

    tombuck, would you take a screenshot of that page of DXdiag and post here? Seeing more details would help seeing what the problem might be.

    One thing to try is to update video card drivers.

    iv just l8tly updated my card driver, i could play the game before i rebooted my comp
    now i cant =(
    so it must be a programme. hears the screeny of the other problem.
    i mean about the "not available" bits, so im wondering what could be wrong with that lol.

    well looking at hydrogen's, he has an actual driver, while youre using window's default driver.......

    click on test direct draw.

    If it doesnt take it, your video drivers havent been updated...

    i used to play about 2 weeks ago... then i rebooted, and it wont work

    i did the test and i seen everything it said... so i guess i passes that test

    you could try a system restore back until when it worked

    does it say enabled in dxdiag??

    nop it dont say enabled

    You DON'T have the real drivers installed. You are using Windows's built-in SVGA support drivers.

    Go and download the latest drivers for your video card again and install them.
