    i want to know if it is really legal to make money off graphics.

    I think it is, if ur working for a graphic company atleast, i think u can make ur own company and still be legal, because graphics are like art - no 2 look the same and u can sell them :D

    If you make everything yourself, then yes it is. But once you get into selling things that have things in them that weren't made by you without the permission of the designer....then it can get on the illegal side.

    Of course. How do you expect some of these people to make money? That's their profession. Just don't use anything you didn't make unless it says it's royalty free or you get permission for the artist(s).

    yeah it is legal, try to make sure you have legal versions of ps or illustrater or whatever you use. my roomie made is own cd (hes a dj), he had to buy over a thousand dollars worth of software incase government decided to look into him. even tho he had or could get it illigaly.

    yes like said above make sure you own legal copies as well as dont use renders from other sites such as deviantart or a game picture without the permission from the owners of those images. if you use them in your work for profit and they find out..you could get into a lot of sh*t

    yea, i bought ps and illustrator off ebay. and yea, ive went through being a ripper and i know how much trouble you can get into

    Make sure that the client that you do business with signs a contract so that everything goes ok. Also have an tape recorder and keep all email files so that you won't get messed over in no kind of way. I've known of some to try to do that to my free who is an free lancer.
