ummm try to get affiliates and apply to a couple of affiliates lists/topsite lists on other sites.... another thing I would suggest doing (i do it for my forum) is submitting your site to www.top-25.com . Also submit your site to a couple search engines.
Join a bunch of forums and put your site in the signature. You can also introduce your site to a couple of friends and hope that they will spread the word. Adding a "Tell a Friend" feature on your site won't hurt either.
