    IPB phbb is way to easy to run its basically a newb board. Its simple board instructions and easy to moderate IPB wins hands down.
    Nuff said.

    phpbb the new 3.0 is just as good as the pay for IPB but it is free!

    vBulletin >ipb+phpBB safer harder to exploit and way better mods

    Always used IPB and found it to be the best, despite now having to pay for it. phpBB is too simplistic for me and vBulletin I never got into.

    I like IPB the best, they seem to have the best mods and hacks you can add.
