Seem like just a bunch of distortions. I also think it would be better with more colors.

I agree with David,Needs more colors.
Try to make the c4ds and stocks a little less noticeable.
Try blurring it,Or duplicate it then using a soft brush and softly smudge it.
But over all I like it.

his afro looks like it has lice
the filters used are a little too apparent; try going for effects that use more than automation
