Default AM2+ in a AM2 Mobo..

I have this mobo
http://usa.asus.com/product.aspx?P_ID=0pKBwEIE8tqMT4j7

I'm thinking about dropping in a quadcore and don't want to upgrade the mobo if I absolutely don't have to. I do a whole lot of Illustrator, Photoshop, Office, and in Visual Studios 2010 work; I am a hefty processes consumer .
There is this AM2+ that is on newegg:

It wont work, will it?
