Cool concept. Maybe brush black on the sides or go filter>render>lightning effects and play with the settings to get an atmosphere. Dodge and burn tool naybe? Also, the little sparkles should be around the eye , well thats what i would do.

The sparkles and textures reminds me of some of my latest stuff xD, which may I add works well here

On first thought, Thank god its not a gloryhole D:
The sig needs text or some sort of effects.
I get the idea your going for but the sig need moar
