Ok so it's a little concepty.

GDI commando has entered Nod's underground facility "Section 6" and has been assigned to destroy Tiberium Reactors to shut down the facility.

As you can see, he's currently shooting a "tiberium Reactor"

And yes, I am a big C&C fan </div>

 

Looks pretty good. Not so fond about the colors, border, bottom left, or text though. Sick fx though.

Oh yeah that, I didn't really noticed how it cuts of the image since my bg color on PS is light grey
Also I don't really know why I added the shadow on the text

 

The fx are tight!

The only thing that is wrong is that the focal is weak, it doesn't have much lighting, and it is extremely blurry. Other than that, great!

Lighting is ok, work on making it less chaotic and more focus on a focal point

 

That's the thing with amazing effects, they tend to take away from the focal with their amazingness.
