.avi To .gif - Any Programs?

Does anyone know any good free programs that can make avi video files into small .gif avatars? Good quality preferably also

imageready doesnt support avi files but here is the tut http://www.gamerenders.com/forum/ind...owtopic=301317 and Super is the program that can do what your looking for there is a link for it in the tut

Just download a Program called "Super" (google is your friend, so just google it). It's free and converts ANYTHING to ANYTHING.
