I swear there was a guide on here before by Red Alert explaining that....Unless I'm thinking of a different video format. >__<

imageready doesnt support avi files but here is the tut http://www.gamerenders.com/forum/ind...owtopic=301317 and Super is the program that can do what your looking for there is a link for it in the tut

Just download a Program called "Super" (google is your friend, so just google it). It's free and converts ANYTHING to ANYTHING.

Ulead GIF Animator does it, has a 30 day free trial and all. I use it alot, its really simple and easy to use.
