Ok are there any free programs or free trial programs which let you play a song and mess with it? For example play the song and make everyone sound like chipmunks or high voices and stuff like that? If there are any can you please post the name of the program, if its free or a free trial and/or the link to where i can download it from. Thanks!

I forget how to get to it exactly but try goin to Preferences, then DSP effects somewhere in the menu, or something like that...
I cant find it on mine anymore, but they used to be there, somewhere

Cubase  But that's more for making beats and recording audio. But you can apply some pretty neat filters :lol:
