aight im installing a phpbb forum... ive uploaded everything and its all good then i run the i installl.php and i fill most of it out The part where it ask for a database Name,UserName,And Password i have no idea wat to fill in there can someone help me where i can find the Database Name ETc ? plz help its gladly appreciated and ill give u all my credZ if u can help solv3 my problem!!
data base name i think its ur hosters name and ur username and p-word explain them selves or ask your hoster for info
If I am not mistaken, you have to first setup a database for phpbb board in MySQL and that is why it is asking you for the database Name,UserName,And Password.

wait a mintue have u payed for ur hosting or is it a free web package cause if its free its more than likely u wont have the power to have a MySql databse or even access databse cause u can use either one for phpbb
