I absolutely LOVE this design. it is for my new site i will be making soon, it is solely to help coders(not specifically C++) learn the basics, and also make a friendly environment for new coders to get a good start!!!

    sweet looking.
whats going at the bottom there? just contact details and what-nots
not so sure on the change of coloured buttons. but thats my tastes not a design flaw.

TBH this is a very impractical design. No clear navigation, poor page composition. Not to mention this is either going to have to be fixed width and have the nav buttons on the right be cut off, or be fluid and have the content in the centre scale down too much, when viewed on small resolution screens. It's just a too bulky and disorganized method of navigation.

Also, if you're planning on having a lot of content on this site, you'll really need to use some form of CMS, like Wordpress, Joomla, or Drupal, and with those you have such a vast array of high quality, and free, themes available, which are ideally suited for tutorials and guides, that it doesn't make sense to make your own theme of such dubious quality.

i used a boxed in site for someone, 800px wide, i just did a wrapper div around the whole thing, and centered it, it kept it nice and in order and centered with moving things around on small res screens problem was waste space on large res screens...but thats what the customer wanted was a 800px wide site center...he wanted my to use tables....div are soo much easier

i use div tags obviously and your sites are shit inverse, try to think of something creative. it will take you some time to find a site as creative as this. this works on all major browsers and works on all resolutions. i have checked it.
