I know a good oen i use sometimes. (Great for making manips)

    Terragen

That is short for Terrain Generator
What is does: IT makes scenery look real. Then if you open it up in Photoshop you can make a manip sig. Really great program you should check it out.

Downloading tons of random programs won't help you. You want to stop sucking? Learn the program. Quite a concept eh?

Cinema 4d (c4d) is a program that renders shapes, making some pretty nice objects for sigs and wallpapers

Paintshop pro is like photoshop, not as good in my opinion

Bryce 5 is another program like c4d, but is much easier to use, with ALOT of scenery options. i love it

Another thing about these programs you are being directed towards are very expensive applications, best thing to do is figure out what you like to create and find the appropriate program, then to learn how to use it, read the manual that comes with it or go to a book store and buy a book that has tutorials on what each tool does.

*And do not talk about P2P or torrent sites in this thread, warnings and fines WILL be handed out*
