When I'm running ps, after a while it will like when I click a tool i put my cursor by the pic and my mouse cursor doesnt change it stays the same and doesnt let me use the tool and I cant use any other tools or anything. It makes me have to save the psd and reopen ps. It gets really annoying after a while. When I make a sig i got to save like 8 times.

The only thing that would make sense is to reinstall it.

Ah, I had the same problem, and sadly enough, there isn't a way to fix it without reinstalling. What happens is, is that since you haven't registered your copy of PS, (Which I'm supposing you haven't, and I'll suppose even further as to say you haven't purchased it, no offense intended, for I haven't either $$) the registration/help window 'pops' up, however, if this popup is blocked, or it simply doesn't open, it overrides all of PS: by which I mean, PS will 'freeze', waiting for you to take action to the popup window. Crazy, no? Hope this helps.
