I got this from a other forum They it works but I am not taking the risk I just reInstalled windows So i don't want to mess it up I do not take any resopsbility that this might cause use at own risk Here is how to tripple ur speeds. If it do somethin to your computer, I take no responsibility. Save this file as tweak.reg (while sabing choose all files and rename file tweka.reg) Code: REGEDIT4 [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters] "TcpWindowSize"=dword:faf0 "Tcp1323Opts"=dword:0 If you want to undo it, incase it messed u up, save this file as undo.inf Code: [Version] signature=$CHICAGO$ [DefaultInstall] DelReg=Delete_Reg_Entries [Delete_Reg_Entries] HKLM,System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters,TcpWindowSize HKLM,System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters,Tcp1323Opts Right click on undo.info and click install (to undo tweak) Reboot ur comp for it to take effect
I currently download at a speed between 1-1,3 Mb/sec Its not possible to take more out of my connection just like that
There is a much easier way to increase your speed but you can't triple it... your computer runs at 80% of its maximum speed. All you have to do is is change it and you can run at max speed...
Your download speeds are based on your ISP or your local telephone carrier (distances and line quality) not by your system registry. Anyone who tries this may suffer serious consequeces from doing the wrong things.
thats such a dumb theory the connection depends on how strong the signal is for u isp lol like everyone else said
