Alright. I have a problem. My birthday is in 10 days, but I want an iTouch. My parents say its to expensive. So, I was wondering if there were any other good mp3 players with these functions, touch screen internet access (high priority) music video. If not, thats fine, was just wondering.
from what ive seen in australia... unless its a pda, then no the iTouch is like... the grandest thing out . and i want one but i quit my job so... no money now lol
Yeah, for now there is no other touch screen mp3 player--but wait a couple months and there will be more out. You can pretty much count on that.
Your really not going to find anything else cheaper than an iPod Touch or any other device that has wifi and does music/videos. =/
iPod touches are nice, but the little GBs it has makes it worthless for people with extensive libraries in my opinion (I have about 32GB of Music and maybe 4GB of Movies). I have an iPod classic, 80GB. Works great.
then get good at soldering and swap the flash memory once higher capacities come into existence. NAND based flash is the fastest growing field in computer tech at this time. near doubling in capacity and halving in price each year. that's a four fold difference per year for the consumer.
It also doesn't have internet access.... However, I have a Zune, and I love it....I will NEVER go back to a (cr)Apple product... the iTouch is crap, and Apple is extorting its customers...as they always do.... be careful, if you buy one now, you will probably have to pay for the new firmware upgrade when it comes out.... Not a big fan of Apple....in any way....
