I've been here over a few different names, never popular though. I miss this place though, it was so great. If anything new does get started up id love to take part. Obviously i pop in to look sometimes.

Spent hundreds of hours doing PS extracts here. Only thing I got out of it was learning to make mediocre sigs and avatars. Can't say it was the best use of time.

Do you still run a bunch of websites? I'd be curious to know if you got your money back on the purchase of GameRenders. All I remember is a poker site, ya?

That list is so out dated. :p

I have several successful forums and Mad pointed out. GR was the starting point for me and I just wish it continued to be active.

I used mind control to usurp power.

    I cannot be stopped.

    You will suffer.

    I think.

I think the decline was a drawn out process and a bunch of issues that compounded. Logically doing a runner was the first big hit, especially with Dem's activity dropping in the last "big" year. Ban hammer blows to familiar faces (morv, mehz, steez and maj's 782nd account) drew activity away from the site, hell towards the end I ended up speaking to most regulars on MSN rather than on here. For me, the migration to the newer IPB was a factor too, it just didn't _feel_ like GR anymore, hell even now I miss that old blue skin. But as a few have already said, the advent of social networking was the final nail in the coffin.
