Ok, Well, a few of my friends and I are going to attempt some minor game making. We've decided to learn the C++ language, then change over to python. Is that a good idea? If not, what do you recommend?
Do you mean should you all bother or is that the language to learn? If it is the latter id suggest using the great and powerful google to find out whats recommended
It depends on what type of games you are looking to make also. Some require all new languages, and software to design. We talking platform games, pc games, internet games?
Not really sure what types of games. But ive read the learning the C++ language is the best way to start. Once knowing C++ python seemed to be the easiest way to get started.
