surpasshosting.com (large business, been around for a while, never once had a problem with their hosting, their domains are a bit expensive tho)

Why not just get free hosting? There are lots of good quality hosts out there.

prolinkhosting.com is what your thinking about, and you need to read the fine print, its unlimited until your % of their server system resources are consumed and then they can remove you...

Like I said, there is some good quality free hosting out there. Maybe you should just buy one that is cheapest out of all of the ones that you have seen so far.

In the shop section, the new GR Host Shop (MY SHOP) has had 100% uptime since inception and comes with a bunch of bouses etc. We are run on private servers and if we EVER have a problem, We have emergency servers which they will switch over automatically with less then 3 seconds of downtime. Its fairly cheap with $5 a month. More expensive than others on the net but you get what you pay for. The price is still really cheap though.

Isn't it kind of considered as advertising?

not necessarily, its just him redirecting traffic that is on topic to a link on the site, its the same thing as posting surpasshosting.com or optikhosting.com or w/e... hes on topic and hes answering a question...
