Well, as you all know for us Muslims the fasting month Ramadan is here. Unfortunately, that means I have to fast But that is not the point of this topic. Today, I want to discuss how fasting is actually good for you. In, Islam we learned that whatver Allah(god) decrees is beneficial to us. For example, he said in the Quraan that we should not date. And I'm sure you know what happens when people date. Alot of the time men date younger women and they end up in pregnancy Also, he said not to eat pork. In the olden years, many people were having stomach aches, and pains. Today, doctors/scientists have proven that Pork hurts your digestive system and can contain tape-worms. Also, it contains alot of filth and bacteria since pigs eat practically anything. Like-wise, many doctors have stated that the times that we eat and fast help the digestive system. The early morning 3-5 is the best time for the digestive system to work. And at 6-8 it is the best time to digest for the next day. now this is what I want to hear your comments on. Do you believe that this is true? and post more info because I will be interested to hear everyones thoughts.

zomg good to see muslims brothers Fasting is good for us, nah not only for us any of the people who fast its good for them only if its like following the rules. I'm a Muslim.
I never knew so many muslims were on gamerenders lol. Also, when I say date, I mean you can hang out with them yeah but your not supposed to do any form of mouth-to-mouth kissing.

all the timing changes each day. Currently, I think you can't eat from 5:10AM-7:00PM but if we move an hour back it'll get short so from 5:00AM-6:00PM I think.
