Hey, I have a question, how do I make those lines around the draw??
    I have 2 Examples:

1st: The Lines around the car
2nd: the Lines on the left side from the guy

    ---------

Is there an easy way to do it? like a tool or combined action?? or I have to use the Pen Tool??

I'm pretty sure you have to use the pen tool, idk if there is any other option, other than doing it by hand with the pencil.

Yea I use the pen tool. Like in my current. If you click it, you can see a video demonstration of me making it,

the lines seem to follow the render. What I would be as follows in photoshop:
    1) Select the outline for the render (control+click on layer).
    2) expand the select by some amount say 5 px.
    3) use the border option on your selection. This will be the thickness of the line.
    4) fill the line with whatever color you want.
    5) after your done using a mask or the eraser, take away the parts of the line you don't want.

Hope this helps. If you still don't get what i'm trying to say I can post screens of the process.
