    Example situation: If some one pays you say $50 into your paypal account, how can u use that money? (except for on ebay and paying into other paypal accounts) can u like take it out or pay it into ur own real account?

    You can transfer it to your bank account... So a small fee.

    Actually sending to your back account is free (unless you want it to come really quick), but it can take up to 3-4 days. They also have paypal debit cards you can get, where you paypal account works as a bank account. So you can take money out from an ATM.

    You can also send money to and from your bank account, so it works as a second bank account. But alot of the time when receiving payments you will get charged a small fee, especially if you have a premium account, Or a business account.
