Photoshop Problem

Everytime I exit out of Photoshop and come back in, my brushes are getting wiped out. This never used to happen this frequently, but now it happens EVERY time. Someone please help me out.....

check you don't have any malicious processe running... I know a few people that make programs like these to annoy people.
if it's not that then check to see if you've changed anything in Photoshop
