How do you make a render smaller to fit in a sig???!?

In photoshop

Edit- Transform- Scale
-Retaliate

or just press ctrl-t
and don't forget to click the chain thingy ^^

click it and it should go into a resize mode. Click the corners and drag it to your size liking.
